We accept the following insurance plans, but it does vary by provider: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Deseret Mutual Benefit Advisers (DMBA), EMI Health, Optum/United Healthcare, Public Employees Health Plan (PEHP), Select Health, University of Utah, Regence Group Administrators, and Out of Network. 
Please note that it is your responsibility to determine if outpatient mental health services are covered under your plan and/or if you have a deductible. Please call your insurance for an accurate quote.
